Akashic Records Reading

You'll begin your journey with a 90-minute Akashic Records Reading where you receive answers from your spiritual team on the questions that have you stuck at this crossroads. At the conclusion of the session you will have a set of practices to support you in applying what came through the reading.

Energy Coaching

We'll follow-up with energy coaching sessions every other week to help you integrate and align you with the energy required to move through this crossroads.

Guided Workbook

From the onset of our journey you'll be provided with a personalized digital workbook with supportive reflection prompts and practices that are co-created with you and your spiritual guides.

What are the Akashic Records?

Essentially, the Akashic Records are a vast library that collects and keeps “record” of everything that unfolds throughout your time as a soul. As a reader and channeler, I connect with your Akashic Records to support you in gathering some much needed answers to your most pressing questions.

How spiritual must I be or what do I need to believe in order to take part in this experience or receive a reading?

There are no requirements, come as you are, wherever you are in your spiritual journey. There is no specific faith-system assigned to the records, they are a dimension of consciousness that has been referenced in spiritual texts across millennia. At no point will you be guided to follow a particular religion or way of being. These readings will meet you where you're at so that you can be given the most supportive guidance you specifically need.

Can this support whatever I’m currently moving through?

Your spiritual team is available to support you through any particular moment you're moving through. I believe they're waiting for you to call on them to receive that support. So yes, to an extent, I believe this can support nearly anyone at any crossroads related to their personal or professional lives.

However, in an effort to be an ethical channeler and coach, I will say this is not therapy. I always encourage clients to have a full-range of support in their lives. Is this a reading, coaching, or something else?

It's a mixture of both! You'll receive a reading at the start of our journey and then you'll receiving coaching to integrate it into your life. Often, we may receive a lot of spiritual guidance or intuitive hits but we don't always apply it or know what to do with it. This is the space that merges both so that you may feel a sense of momentum and attunement to the spiritual guidance you've received.

What kind of support will I receive between sessions?

You'll be invited to use your workbook to reflect on our time together and use it as a guide to support you with integration. I'm also available via email for additional support and guidance.

Do I need to do anything in between sessions?

Great question! This is unique to each person! Some folks are working on "doing" more and taking action while others are working on "being" more. No matter which you are, at the end of each session you will have a clear sense of next steps for you that are personally tailored to your needs.
